Drawloop DocGen requires both Contact/Lead for the Lightning Email Package to search. Users whose Salesforce license is ‘Salesforce Platform’ do not have access to Lead. it needs to default ‘Recipient’ to Contact just like it does in Classic.

GuestSep 8, 2022This is a major issue for my org as well, DocGen also previously avoided this issue in prior versions. Where my Force.com Users could successfully run and send DDP packages, now they encounter the "Recipient Not Found" error, as well as any 'Additional To', 'CC', and 'BCC' addresses, becomes null on the Task: Send an Email page.0 reply Hide replies
